Proposed by-law changes:

Formalize elections procedures;
Give members the ability to remove Officers;
Give the President the authority to appoint one or more PLC Ambassadors to other local organizations to spread our goals and message;
Empower seven-member Executive Committee to appoint and remove members of the Standing Committees; and
Streamline Standing Committees: Membership and Nominating Committee, Long-Range Planning Committee, and Education Committee.
